Technical Support:

Customer Technical Support is an important component of any technology system, but it is critically important when our clients are broadcast facilities, with continuous, real-time control environments.

Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time, weekdays, excluding New Jersey and Federal holidays. Voice-mail collects all phone calls that are not answered in-person.

We check our email and voicemail continuously throughout the day, including weekends and holidays.
