Kodak JumboTron™, Times Square, NY
The 40-foot JumboTron located on the Marriott Marquis Hotel in midtown Manhattan, is an excellent example of MicroFirst technology at work. Operated by Spectacolor, schedules are created a few blocks away at Spectacolor's offices. The presentation schedules and video clips are prepared at the Spectacolor offices and then uploaded to the sign via T-1 link. The MicroFirst DAS Automation can also be operated at the sign location.
